Redlands FC – Ticket Terms & Conditions
(These terms apply to all Redlands FC tickets, including season tickets, Field Side Access tickets and single game tickets.)
1. All Sales Final
All ticket purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except where required by law or explicitly stated by Redlands FC.
2. Ticket Types & Access
Your ticket grants admission to the specified Redlands FC home match(es) and section (General Admission, Field Side Access, or other designated area). Seating/standing locations within GA areas are first come, first served.
3. Field Side Access – Special Conditions
Field Side Access is a dedicated general admission standing area at field level. All spectators, including children of all ages, must have their own valid Field Side ticket to enter the field side area. Children under 14 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Guests in this area may be closer to the field of play and ball travel; attendance is at your own risk.
4. All Ages Must Have a Ticket
Every person entering the stadium, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket for the appropriate section (including infants and small children).
5. Event Changes, Postponement & Cancellation
Match dates, times, and opponents are subject to change. If a match is postponed, your ticket will normally be valid for the rescheduled date. If a match is canceled and not rescheduled, Redlands FC may, at its discretion, offer a refund or credit in line with the club’s posted policy at that time.
6. Weather Policy
Matches may be played in varying weather conditions. Delays, suspensions, or resumptions of play due to weather are at the discretion of the league, match officials, and venue staff. Weather-related schedule changes do not automatically entitle you to a refund.
7. Entry, Security & Re-Entry
Admission is subject to security screening and bag checks. Re-entry may be restricted or prohibited. If allowed, re-entry is subject to ticket and hand stamp/credential checks as required by stadium policy. The club and venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest for safety, security, or policy violations without refund.
8. Code of Conduct
Guests must behave respectfully toward players, officials, staff, and other fans. The following may result in ejection without refund: - Abusive, discriminatory, or threatening language or behavior - Throwing objects or entering the field of play - Fighting or inciting violence - Harassment of players, officials, staff, or other spectators
9. Prohibited Items, Food & Beverages
Certain items (including but not limited to weapons, fireworks, smoke devices, illegal substances, and other items deemed unsafe by staff) are not permitted. Outside food, beverages, and alcoholic drinks are not allowed inside the stadium. Additional stadium-specific rules may apply and will be enforced.
10. Assumption of Risk
Soccer matches involve risks, including contact with balls or equipment, crowd movement, and noise. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury or property damage arising out of or related to attendance at the event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redlands FC, the venue, league, and their employees, officers, and agents are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your attendance, except where caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.
12. Use of Image & Likeness
By attending, you consent to the use of your image, voice, and likeness in any live or recorded audio, video, or photographic display or other transmission, publication, or reproduction of the event, without compensation.
13. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Tickets
Lost or stolen tickets may not be reissued. Digital tickets should be kept secure and not shared publicly. The club is not responsible for tickets that are duplicated, resold improperly, or used without your permission.
14. Resale & Transfer
Tickets may not be resold in violation of any applicable law or above limits set by the club, platform, or venue. The club may cancel tickets believed to be purchased or used for unauthorized resale or scalping.
15. Minors & Supervision
Adults are responsible for the behavior and safety of minors in their care. Children must remain in the seating/standing area assigned to their tickets and follow instructions from stadium staff.
16. Compliance With Staff Instructions
Guests must follow all instructions from stadium staff, security, and public address announcements, including any temporary changes to seating/standing arrangements or access routes for safety reasons.
17. Additional Club or Venue Policies
These terms are in addition to any general terms and conditions of the ticketing platform, venue, or league. In case of conflict, the most protective applicable rule for safety and legal compliance will apply.
18. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
